– Enrollment Period: Medicare Advantage-10/15/24-12/7/24
If you miss the window you will not be able to sign up until the next open enrollment period unless you have special exceptions. When choosing a plan if you are interested in implants, make sure there is coverage on chosen plan, also make sure the plans do not have a missing tooth clause!
The Medicare Advantage plans we accept are:

-Enrollment Period: Benefeds for Federal Employees- 11/11/24-12/9/24
If you have a Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical plan that the member ID starts with the letter “R”, please give us this information too as that medical plan has limited embedded dental benefits.

Please note WE ARE OUT OF NETWORK WITH THE AETNA FEDVIP PLAN! So you will have higher costs if you select this plan.
PERA plans: We are in network with the Delta Dental option and out of network for the Cigna option. We accept the Cigna option but you will have higher costs and balance billing.
Employer coverage: We are a PPO provider so if the options are DHMO or PPO then choose the PPO plan. We are OUT OF NETWORK WITH: CIGNA ADVANTAGE, ANTHEM MEDI BLUE ACCESS, ANTHEM PRIME, ANTHEM CO GOLD PATHWAY. If you are unsure if we accept the options your employer provides please give us a call.
